My name is Gautam Kumar. I was born on October 12, 1998, in Bihar, specifically in the Madhubani district. My mother’s name is Mamta Devi, and she is a homemaker. My father works in the garments industry.
When I was three years old, I moved to Mumbai, where I started my schooling. I completed my 10th grade at Cambridge High School and later pursued my 12th grade at Prakash College, Mumbai. Initially, I wasn’t very interested in continuing my studies, but my family encouraged me to complete my graduation.
Considering their advice, I decided to enroll at Mumbai University, even though I wasn’t particularly enthusiastic about academics. During this time, my passion for acting and modeling began to take shape. I spent three years in theater, but I felt that I wasn’t improving as much as I wanted to.
One day, I had a realization. I wanted to pursue modeling, but I didn’t know how to get started in the industry. My initial attempts to find a modeling agency were met with scams and fraudulent individuals who demanded money for fake promises of acting and modeling opportunities. I was disheartened by these experiences.
However, I eventually learned about India’s top supermodel competition. I decided to participate in the auditions, hoping for a chance to showcase my talent. I made it to the top 20, and that moment filled me with immense happiness.
I would like to express my gratitude for providing me with such a significant platform to pursue my dreams. Thank you for giving me this opportunity.
